章丘市銅鋁鑄造廠位於濟南市東郊，章丘市境內，濟青高速公路38公里處，西臨濟南國際機場，交通十分方便。
我廠始建于1969年，總佔地面積28056平方米，廠房實用面積20000平方米。現有資產8000萬元，職工413人，其中工程技術人員120人，中級以上職稱的45人。現年鑄造能力可達2500噸，生產成品件120萬件。
鑄造與機械加工為一體是我廠的生產特色，目前我廠鑄造主要採用砂型自由澆注、重力澆注、低壓鑄造、壓鑄、熱芯盒殼型殼芯等多種生產工藝。機加工則以流水線生產作業為主，並配置數控加工中心、數控萬能銑床、數控車床等多種高精設備。現我廠鑄造、機加、檢測設備齊全，可根據客戶的需求生產各種毛坯件、成品件。
我廠主要生產發動機鋁件、氣室、氣動元器件、油槽車配件等產品，並擁用自主進出口經營權。產品分別出口到美國、英國、比利時、瑞典、葡萄牙等國家和地區，其中我廠于2005年開始為瑞典的APE公司、英國的DENSO公司直接配套，現已大批量供貨，產品得到了國外公司的一致好評！
我廠非常重視企業的管理，在通過了ISO9001：2000質量體系認証之後，我廠又在同行業中率先通過了ISO/TS16949：2002的產品質量認証.目前，我廠正在同時進行ISO14000環境管理體系及OHSAS18000職業安全衛生管理體系方面的認証。
我廠在工業園區于2008年擴建廠區22656平方米，新建流水線車間4600平方米，現已投入使用，進一步壯大了我廠的生產能力，期待有更多的機會為國內、國際市場服務！

Profile
Zhangqiu Copper and Aluminum Casting Works was founded in Zhangqiu City, east of Jinan City (the capital of Shandong province).It has 38 kilometers from Jinan on the Jinan-Qingdao highway. To its west is the Jinan international airport, so it enjoys convenient communication and transportation.
It was founded in 1969, and covered an area of 29,640 m2 with 20,000 m2 workshops. Now it has RMB 35.6 Million assets and has 413 staff members including 120 technicians. The annual output can reach 2,500 T (about 1.2 Million Piece).
We use various casting processes mainly include: sand casting, permanent mold casting, low pressure die casting, die casting and shell mould & shell core-sand casting. We have the complete equipments for casting, include roll sand mixer, hot-box core shooter, low pressure casting machine, molding machine and shot blasting machine. We have a powerful machine workshop, after the castings are produced, they will be machined, and this is our characteristic. The mainly mechanical equipments include lathes, drilling machines, plane milling machines, universal milling machines, CNC milling machines, etc.
We attach importance to the management of enterprises, successively passed ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949:2002 certification.
We are major supplier to an engine factory of Steyr (Weichai Power). We supply more than 80,000 Inlet Manifolds, Water Outlets and Cover Coolants to them each year. These series products were evaluated the “A” level product by “Weichai Power”.
We have the imports and exports authority. In order to grow the International business we export products to USA, UK, Belgium, Sweden, etc. In the year of 2005, we began to provide products for VOLVO, and made an outstanding achievement. Now we are taking more and more orders from VOLVO.
We are building a mew workshop covers an area of 28,000 m2 in industrial park. We are confident of making our factory more and more powerfully.
